Change Your Thinking for Freedom from Suffering and More Effective Chronic Pain Management
Tuesday, January 3rd, 2012Today I want to talk about the importance of changing negative self talk to achieve freedom from suffering and obtaining effective chronic pain management. I want to explain how I actually implemented this strategy for myself today to help me more effectively manage an intense migraine. I go more in-depth about this in my new book Freedom from Suffering: A Journey of Hope. In this book I explain how identifying and managing irrational or negative self talk leads to freedom from suffering and brings hope to the hopeless.
