How I Manage My Migraine To Obtain Freedom From Suffering
Friday, May 25th, 2012Today I want to share how I managed a migraine headache I woke up with today. One of the most important things was to immediately get into action and complete my preplanned pain flare up strategies. I used my medication (Excedrin Migraine) right away then used self-hypnosis and meditation. The last step was to then complete my daily gratitude list. Learning to identify pain flare up triggers is crucial and he was able to identify his as being an unresolved emotional stressors that I was experiencing when I went to bed. I have been very fortunate not to suffer with my pain flare ups for over 28 years and I believe freedom from suffering is everyone’s right but it’s also a responsibility.
