Freedom From Suffering Is My Right But It’s Also My Responsibility

Today I want to share how freedom from suffering is my right but it’s also my responsibility. In this video I share my past three day experience of very elevated pain levels. In my new book “Freedom from Suffering: A Journey of Hope” I also share more of my personal freedom from suffering journey and how crucial it is to develop an effective chronic pain management plan that can lead to freedom from suffering and bring hope and healing to others suffering with their chronic pain.

Coping with a Migraine for Freedom from Suffering

A Spiritual Component Helps Achieve Freedom from Suffering
